External coupling doesn't identify closing curly-brackets for ON_EVENT when in AdoScript mode

The closing curly-bracket of an ON_EVENT definition in External Coupling is identified as an error for "AdoScript mode". However, since External Coupling is mostly AdoScript mode it would be swell if it didn't identify as an error.

This does not occur in "LEO mode", so definitions like Modi, which are primarily LEO and not AdoScript, shouldn't have that problem.
